Artistic swimming (synchronized swimming) is an Olympic sport combining swimming, dance, and gymnastics, where athletes perform choreographed, musical routines in a pool, all without touching the floor of the pool. NPSC has a long history with synchro, but this will be the first year in many that we’ve had a team. In order to participate in synchronized swimming, your swimmer should be a strong swimmer, comfortably passing the pool test and treading water. This usually means kids in swimming groups 8U and up. Registration will be limited to the first 30 swimmers.
